Hospital & Doctor Responsibility is Key to Managing Healthcare Cost and Improving People’s Health

Individual responsibility is critical to controlling health care costs and improving individual health and health care and neither hospitals nor physicians are exempt. A recent Wall Street Journal article reported that insurers will no longer pay for care resulting from serious doctor or hospital care errors.
